A bus terminal worth Rs. 450 crore has been constructed in Panchappur in the name of Kalaignar and made available for public use. A Sipcot park has been established on 1100 acres in Manapparai, where several companies have started their operations. A library worth Rs. 290 crore is being built in the name of Kamarajar. Despite various financial difficulties faced by Tamil Nadu, the Chief Minister has introduced many schemes necessary for our people. What I have just mentioned is only a small example. We have been witnessing numerous such projects being implemented across Tamil Nadu.
For every rupee we work hard to pay as tax to the central government, they return only 29 paise to us. It is with this that the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu has been implementing various schemes for us. The tax money we pay is distributed as grants to states like Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. That is why the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu asks for our tax money to be given back to us. He says they are waiting to do much more for our people. However, the central government refuses to even look back at us. The AIADMK party secretary Edappadi Palaniswami is maintaining an alliance with that central government.
Do not give that fund now; we can consider it next year. The DMK meeting says let the election be completed. This is an example of how they deceive us. The reason for many schemes coming is the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. The person who listens to us and gets it for us is the Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. கடந்த 2023-ம் ஆண்டு, செப்டம்பர் மாதத்தில் இருந்து மகளிர் உரிமை தொகை தமிழகம் முழுவதும் ஒரு கோடியே பதினைந்து லட்சம் மகளிருக்கு வழங்கப்படுகிறது. இங்கு அந்த உதவி தொகையை பெறுபவர்களும் இருப்பீர்கள். கிடைக்காதவர்களும் இருப்பீர்கள். தமிழக முதல்வர் பேசும் போது கூறியுள்ளார். டிசம்பர் 15-ம் தேதி முதல் கிடைக்கப்பெறாத தகுதி உள்ள அனைவருக்கும் மகளிர் உரிமைத் தொகை வழங்கப்படும் என்று கூறியுள்ளார்.

இந்தத் திட்டத்தை காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியும், நமது தலைவர் கலைஞரும் சேர்ந்துதான் கொண்டு வந்தனர். இப்படி, நமக்கு வரவேண்டியதை நிறுத்தும் பா.ஜ.க-விற்கு அ.தி.மு.க துணை போகிறது. தமிழக முதல்வர் மத்திய அரசிடம் ஏழை மக்களுக்கு உரிய அந்த பணத்தை உடனடியாக வழங்குங்கள் என கூறுகிறார்.

மணப்பாறையில் 1100 ஏக்கர் பரப்பளவில் சிப்காட் பூங்கா அமைக்கப்பட்டு பல நிறுவனங்களை அங்கு தொழில் தொடங்க வைத்துள்ளோம். காமராஜர் பெயரில் ரூ. 290 கோடி மதிப்பீட்டில் நூலகம் கட்டப்பட்டு வருகிறது. தமிழகத்திற்கு பல்வேறு நிதி நெருக்கடி வரும் நிலையில் தமிழக முதல்வர் நமது மக்களுக்கு தேவையான பல்வேறு திட்டங்களை கொண்டு வந்து உள்ளார். நான் தற்பொழுது உங்களிடம் கூறியது சிறு உதாரணம் தான். தமிழ்நாடு அளவில் இதுபோன்று எண்ணெற்ற திட்டங்களை செயல்படுத்துகிறார் என்பதை நாம் கண்கூடாக பார்த்து வருகிறோம். நாம் உழைத்து மத்திய அரசுக்கு வரியாக கொடுக்கக்கூடிய ஒரு ரூபாய்க்கு அவர்கள் நமக்கு திரும்ப கொடுப்பது 29 காசு தான்.
இதை வைத்து தான் தமிழக முதல்வர் நமக்கு பல்வேறு திட்டங்களை செயல்படுத்தி வருகிறார். நாம் செலுத்தும் வரி பணத்தை ராஜஸ்தான், உத்திர பிரதேசம் போன்ற மாநிலங்களுக்கு வாரி வழங்குகிறார்கள். அதனால்தான், தமிழக முதல்வர் எங்களது வரிப்பணத்தை எங்களுக்கு வழங்குங்கள் என கேட்கிறார். எங்கள் மக்களுக்கு இன்னும் நிறைய செய்வதற்கு காத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறோம் என கூறுகிறார். ஆனால், மத்திய அரசு நம்மை திரும்பி கூட பார்க்க மறுக்கிறது. அந்த மத்திய அரசுடன் அ.தி.மு.க கட்சியின் செயலாளர் எடப்பாடி பழனிசாமி கூட்டணி வைத்துக்கொண்டு, அந்த நிதியை தற்பொழுது தர வேண்டாம் அடுத்த வருடம் பார்த்துக் கொள்ளலாம்.
