Evidence for 10 corruption cases involving the purchase of electricity worth Rs. 75,000 crore over five years at a rate of Rs. 15,000 crore per year is publicly available. திமுக ஆட்சியின் மீது பாட்டாளி மக்கள் கட்சி கீழ்க்கண்ட ஊழல் குற்றச்சாட்டுகளை முன்வைத்து வருகிறது; இவற்றின் மூலம் ரூ.6 லட்சம் கோடி அளவுக்கு ஊழல் நடைபெற்றிருக்கக்கூடும் என்றும் கூறி இது தொடர்பாக விசாரணை நடத்த ஆணையிட வேண்டும் என்றும் பா.ம.க. தொடர்ந்து வலியுறுத்தி வருகிறது.

மேற்கண்ட 10 ஊழல்களுக்குமான ஆதாரங்கள் பொதுவெளியிலேயே உள்ளன. இவற்றில் முதல் நான்கு ஊழல்களுக்கான ஆதாரங்களை அமலாக்கத்துறை தமிழக அரசுக்கு அனுப்பி அதனடிப்படையில் வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்து விசாரணை நடத்த வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டுக்கொண்டுள்ளது. இந்தக் குற்றச்சாட்டுகளின் அடிப்படையில் வழக்குப்பதிவு செய்யாதது ஏன்? என்று சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் பலமுறை வினா எழுப்பியது.
ஆனால், குற்றச்சாட்டுகளுக்கு வலுவான ஆதாரங்கள் இருக்கும் நிலையில், நேரடியாக வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்வதற்கு பதிலாக, தொடக்கக்கட்ட விசாரணை 180 நாள்களுக்கு நடத்தப்படும் என்றும், அதன் பிறகு தான் வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்வது குறித்து முடிவெடுக்க முடியும் என்றும் கூறி வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்யாமல் திமுக அரசு தாமதித்து வருகிறது. இப்படியாக ஊழலை போற்றிப் பாதுகாக்கும் முதலமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தான் திமுக அரசின் மீதான ஊழல் குற்றச்சாட்டுகள் கற்பனையானவை என்று கூறி தப்பிக்கப் பார்க்கிறார்.
ரூ. 1.82 லட்சம் கோடி மது வரி ஏய்ப்பு ஊழல் குற்றச்சாட்டை எதிர்க்கட்சிகள் எதுவும் எழுப்பவில்லை. மாறாக திமுக ஆட்சியில் முதலில் நிதியமைச்சராக பணியாற்றிய பி.டி.ஆர். பழனிவேல் தியாகராஜன் அவர்கள் தான் 15.03.2022ஆம் நாள் தி இந்தியன் எக்ஸ்பிரஸ் நாளிதழுக்கு அளித்த நேர்காணலில் கலால் வரி ஏய்ப்பு குறித்து குற்றஞ்சாட்டியிருந்தார். அவர் குற்றஞ்சாட்டி நான்கு ஆண்டுகள் நிறைவடையவுள்ள நிலையில் இன்று வரை கலால் வரி ஏய்ப்பைத் தடுக்க எந்த நடவடிக்கையையும் முதலமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் எடுக்க வில்லை. அப்படிப்பட்டவர் ஊழலுக்கும், தமக்கும் சம்பந்தமே இல்லை என்று கூறுவது வினோதமாக உள்ளது.
ஊழல் செய்வதில் மட்டுமின்றி, ஊழல் செய்தவர்களை சட்டவிரோதமாக காப்பாற்றுவதிலும் திமுக அரசு தான் முன்னணியில் உள்ளது. மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தலைமையிலான அமைச்சரவையில் இடம் பெற்றுள்ள ஐ. பெரியசாமி, தங்கம் தென்னரசு, சாத்தூர் இராமச்சந்திரன், எம்.ஆர்.கே. பன்னீர்செல்வம் உள்ளிட்ட 7 அமைச்சர்கள் மீதான ஊழல் வழக்குகள் சட்டவிரோதமாக விசாரணை நீதிமன்றங்களில் தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்பட்டது செல்லாது என்று சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் தானாக முன்வந்து தீர்ப்பளித்தது. திமுகவினர் ஊழல் செய்வதிலும், அதிகாரத்தை பயன்படுத்தி ஊழல் வழக்கிலிருந்து தப்புவதிலும் வல்லவர்கள் என்பதற்கு இதுவே சான்று.
திமுக ஆட்சியில் ஊழல் செய்தவர்களை மட்டுமின்றி, பிற கட்சிகளில் ஊழல் செய்தவர்களையும் சலவை செய்து காப்பாற்றுவதில் திமுகவுக்கு இணை திமுக தான் என்பதற்கு அந்தக் கட்சியில் சேர்ந்த முன்னாள் அமைச்சர்கள் செந்தில் பாலாஜிக்கும், வைத்திலிங்கத்திற்கும் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள அங்கீகாரம் தான் சான்று ஆகும்.
இன்றளவும் விஞ்ஞான ஊழலுக்கு எடுத்துக்காட்டாக விளங்கிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் திமுக, தங்களுக்கும் ஊழலுக்கும் தொடர்பு இல்லை என்று கூறுவது அவல நகைச்சுவையாகும். திமுக ஊழலே செய்யவில்லை என்றால், அதன் மீதான ரூ.6 லட்சம் கோடி ஊழல் குற்றச்சாட்டுகள் குறித்து அதன் அதிகார வரம்புக்கு அப்பாற்பட்ட சி.பி.ஐ உள்ளிட்ட விசாரணை அமைப்புகளின் மூலம் விசாரணை நடத்த ஆணையிட வேண்டும். இதைச் செய்ய திமுக அரசு தயாரா? என்பதை முதலமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் அவர்கள் தெளிவுபடுத்த வேண்டும்.” எனக் குறிப்பிட்டிருக்கிறார்.
