மூத்த கம்யூனிஸ்ட் தலைவர், எழுத்தாளர், ஒடுக்குமுறைகள், அநீதிகளுக்கு எதிராகத் தொடர்ந்து குரல்கொடுத்தவர் தோழர் ஆர்.நல்லகண்ணு. இந்திய கம்யூனிஸ்ட் கட்சியின் முன்னாள் தமிழ் மாநிலச் செயலாளர். எதிர்க்கட்சிக்காரர்களும் கண்ணியத்தோடு அணுகும், மதிக்கும் ஆளுமையானவர். அவரது 101-வது பிறந்தநாள் கொண்டாட்டத்துடன் கட்சியின் நூற்றாண்டு நிறைவு விழா கடந்த டிசம்பரில் சென்னையில் நடந்தது.
அதில் திரைப்பட இயக்குநரும், தமிழ் உணர்வாளருமான வ.கௌதமன் ஆக்கத்தில் ‘தோழர் இரா.நல்லகண்ணு நூற்றாண்டு வாழ்த்துப்பாடல்’ ஒன்றை வெளியிட்டிருந்தார். நல்லகண்ணுவின் ஆவணப்படத்தை இயக்க விரும்பிய வ.கௌதமன், அதன்பிறகு அவரை பற்றிய வாழ்த்துப் பாடலை இயக்கியிருந்தார். இப்பொது வாட்ஸ்அப்பில் வைரலாகி வரும் அந்த பாடல் குறித்தும், தோழரிடம் பேசி பழகிய இனிமையான தருணங்கள் குறித்தும் இங்கே மனம் திறக்கிறார் வ.கௌதமன்.
`என்னை விட தியாக செய்தவங்க பலர் இருக்காங்க’
“என்னோட உயிர் நண்பரும், நான் இயக்கிய ‘மகிழ்ச்சி’ படத்தின் தயாரிப்பாளருமான த.மணிவண்ணன் 13 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்னாடி அமெரிக்காவுக்கு சென்று திரும்பினார். அப்போது அங்கே பல லட்சம் மதிப்புள்ள திரைப்படங்களுக்கு ஒளிப்பதிவு செய்யக்கூடிய கேமரா ஒன்றை வாங்கி வந்திருந்தார். ‘தமிழ் ஆளுமைகள் இரா.நல்லகண்ணு ஐயா, பழ.நெடுமாறன் ஐயா, வே ஆனைமுத்து ஐயா ஆகியோர்களை பற்றிய ஆவணப்படங்களை அதில் படமாக்குவோம். அதன் பிறகு நாம பயோபிக் படமாக கொண்டு வரலாம்’ என்றார்.
அதனால நல்லகண்ணு ஐயாவின் வீட்டிற்கு சென்று ஆவணப்படம் எடுக்க விரும்பியது குறித்து பேசினோம். அடுத்த தலைமுறைக்கு உங்களைப் போன்ற நேர்மையாக தியாகம் சுமந்தவர்கள் இங்கே இருந்திருக்கார். வாழ்ந்திருக்கார்னு சொன்னா நம்பமாட்டாங்க.. அதனால அவங்களுக்கு காண்பிக்கணும் என்றதும் அவர் சிரித்துவிட்டார். ‘என்னை ஆவணப்படம் எடுத்து என்னவாகப்போகிறது? என்னை விட தியாக செய்தவங்க பலர் இருக்காங்க’ என தன்னடக்கமாக சொன்னார். அதன்பிறகு நான் அவரிடம் எவ்வளவு பேசியும் அவர் மசிந்து கொடுக்கவே இல்லை.
அவரிடம் நான், ‘ஐயா நீங்க சுதந்திரப் போராட்ட காலகட்டத்துலேயே போராடியவர். ஆயுதம் ஏந்தத் தயாரானவர். அதன்பிறகு நீங்க கம்யூனிசத்துக்கு வந்தீங்க. கம்யூனிசத்திலும் உங்களுக்கு தலைமறைவு வாழ்க்கை தான். இப்படி உங்களோட வாழ்க்கை முழுவதுவம் போராட்டம்தான். ஊருக்கு எங்காவது நீங்க சென்றால் கூட சாதாரண பேருந்தில் தான் பயணம் செய்வீங்க. ரொம்பவே எளிமையாக வாழ்ந்திருக்கீங்க..’ என்றெல்லாம் சொன்னேன்.
நல்லகண்ணு ஐயாவோடு சேர்ந்து பல போராட்டங்களில் நானும் ஈடுபட்டிருக்கேன். கரூரில் மணல் திருட்டுக்கு எதிராக நின்ற போராட்டம். கடும் போராட்டம். அவருடன் மூன்று போராட்டங்கள்ல இருந்திருக்கேன். நானும் கைதாகியிருக்கேன். நீங்க எண்ணற்ற போராட்டங்கள்ல கலந்துக்கிட்டிருக்கீங்க.. இது எல்லாத்தையுமே படைப்பு ஆக்கணும்னு சொல்லியும் அவர் ‘முடியவே முடியாது’னு மறுத்துட்டார்.
ஒருகட்டத்துல நான் அவர் மேல கோபமாகிட்டேன். `ஐயா நீங்க இப்படி பண்றதே வன்முறை ஐயா’ என்றேன். இந்த தலைமுறையில் நாங்களும் கத்திப்பாரா, அவனியாபுரம், நீட் தேர்வை எதிர்த்து, ஜல்லிக்கட்டுக்காக என பல போராட்டங்கள் செய்துட்டு இருக்கோம். ஆனாலும் உங்களோட ஒப்பிடுகையில் ஒரு துளியளவு கூட இல்லை. உங்களுக்கு கொடுத்த பணத்தைக்கூட மேடையிலேயே கொடுத்துட்டு வந்துட்டீங்க.. உங்களுக்கு கொடுத்த வீட்டையும் பறிச்சிட்டு வேறொரு இடத்துல உங்களை கொண்டு போனப்ப கூட நீங்க எதுவுமே சொல்லலை.
இந்த மண்ணுக்காக உங்களை போல வாழணும்னு ஒருத்தன் சொல்லணும்னா.. உங்களை பத்தி யாராவது ஒருத்தர் சொன்னால் தானய்யா முடியும்” என்றேன். கடைசி வரைக்கும் அவர் நிலைப்பாட்டில் உறுதியாக இருந்தார். என்னைப் பத்தி தெரிய வேணாம்னு சொல்லிட்டார்.
அவர் இப்படி உறுதியாக நின்றதுக்கான காரணமாக ஒரு படையாளியாக நான் நினைக்கற விஷயம் இதுவாகத்தானிருக்க முடியும். ஏன்னா, அவருக்கு.. ‘என்னை மாதிரி ஒருத்தன் இனி வருவானா’ என்ற சந்தேகம் இருந்திருக்கலாம். அல்லது என்னை மாதிரி ஒருத்தன் வந்தாலும் கூட பின்னாளில் ஆயிரம், 500களுக்கு சோரம் போகக்கூடிய இந்த கூட்டத்தை ஒருகாலும் இனி திருத்த முடியாதுனு நினைச்சிருக்கலாம். ஒரு நேர்மையோடு நிற்க நம்மள தேர்தல் களத்தில் படுதோல்வி அடைய செய்த கூட்டம் இனிமே எந்தக்காலத்தில் திருந்தி வாழப்போகுதுனு கூட நினைச்சிருக்கலாம். இப்படியெல்லாம் இருக்கலாம்னு நான் ஒப்பிட்டு பார்க்கறேன்.
ஆனாலும் அவர் மீதான அன்பு, பாசமும் அவர் என்மீது வைத்திருக்கும் பேரன்பும், பெரும் பாசமும் எப்போதும் அப்படியேதான் இருந்திருக்கு. அவரோட 99வது வயதுல எனக்கு ஒரு புத்தகம் பரிசளிசார். ‘என் அன்பு நண்பர் கௌதமனுக்கு’னு கையொழுத்து போட்டு கொடுத்த புத்தகத்தை பொக்கிஷமாக வச்சிருக்கேன்.
சரி பாடல் குறித்த விஷயத்துக்கு வர்றேன். அவருக்கு விருப்பம் இல்லாததால அவரை ஆவணப் படம் எடுக்க முடியலையே தவிர அவரது புகைப்படங்களை சேகரித்து ஒரு பாடல் பதிவு செய்திடணும்னு விரும்பினேன். அவரது நூற்றாண்டு விழாவுக்கு தொடக்கப் பாடலாக ஒரு பாடலை கொண்டு வர விரும்பினேன்.
அந்த விழாவுக்கு முதல்வர் உள்பட தோழரோடு பழகிய ஆளுமைகள் கலந்துக்கிட்டாங்க. நண்பர் த.மணிவண்ணன் தயாரிப்பில், இளையகம்பன் வரிகளில், சைந்தவி குரலில் உருவான பாடலுக்கு மரியா மனோகர் இசையமைத்திருந்தார். நான் உருவாக்கிய ஈழத் தமிழர்கள் குறித்த பாடல்களுக்கு இசையமைத்தவர் அவர். நூற்றாண்டு விழாவில் அந்த பாடலை கேட்ட தமிழக முதல்வர் உள்பட அத்தனை பேரும் கண்கலங்கினார்கள்.
இதில் கடினமான ஒரு விஷயத்தை பகிர்ந்து கொண்டுதான் ஆகணும். அவரது புகைப்படங்களை கேட்பதற்காக கம்யூனிஸ்ட் கட்சி அலுவலகத்தை தொடர்பு கொண்டேன். எத்தனையோ முறை தொடர்பு கொண்டும் ஒரே ஒரு புகைப்படத்தை கூட அவங்களிடமிருந்து வாங்க முடியலை. அப்படி சொல்றதை விட அவங்ககிட்ட ஒரு புகைப்படம் கூட இல்லை என்பதே உண்மை.
அதாவது நூற்றாண்டு கண்ட கம்யூனிஸ்ட் அலுவலகத்தில் நூற்றாண்டு கண்ட நல்லகண்ணு ஐயாவின் ஒரு புகைப்படம் கூட இல்லை. அதன்பின் ஜனசக்தியிடம் கேட்டு பார்த்தும் கிடைக்கவில்லை. அதன்பிறகு தீக்கதிரில் உள்ள நண்பர் ஒருவர், ஐயாவின் உறவினர்கள் என பலரிடம் கிடைத்த புகைப்படங்களை வைத்து இந்த பாடலை உருவாக்கியுள்ளேன்..
அதாவது நம்பிக்கையோடு இயங்கினால் அந்த விதை எங்காவது ஓரிடத்தில் கிடைக்கும் என்பது நல்லகண்ணு மட்டுமல்ல. அவரது புகைப்படமும் எனக்கு உணர்த்தி பாடம். அவரது புகைப்படங்கள் அவரது பாடலுக்கு உயிரோட்டமாக அமைஞ்சிருக்குது.”என்ற வ.கௌதமன் அந்த பாடலை நமக்கு காண்பித்தார். நல்லகண்ணுவின் சிரிப்புக்கிடையே சைந்தவி பாடல் ஒலிக்கிறது..
