The Minister of Environment in Maharashtra is Pankaja Munde. She is the daughter of the late BJP leader Gopinath Munde. இரண்டு பேரும் கூட்டத்தில் கலந்து கொள்ளாதது மட்டுமல்லாது தங்களால் இக்கூட்டத்தில் பங்கேற்க முடியாது என்று கூறி மெசேஜ் அனுப்பி வைத்தனர்.
அதிகாரிகள் இது போன்று நடந்து கொள்வதால் அமைச்சர்களால் பொதுமக்களுக்குப் பதிலளிக்க முடியாமல் போய்விடுகிறது” என்று குறிப்பிட்டார்.
சட்டமன்றத்தில் தற்காலிக சபாநாயகராக இருந்த திலீப் லாண்டே, அமைச்சரின் அறிக்கைகளைப் பார்க்கும்போது அதிகாரியின் செயல் மிகப்பெரிய அலட்சியம் மற்றும் சட்டமன்றத்திற்கு அவமானத்தை ஏற்படுத்தக்கூடியது என்று தெரிவித்தார்.

மக்கள் பிரதிநிதிகளுக்குத் தாங்கள் பதில் கூற வேண்டியவர்கள் என்பதை அதிகாரிகள் புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்றார்.
மேலும் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அதிகாரி மீது இலாகா பூர்வ விசாரணைக்கும் உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. பணியிடை நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட நாளில் அனுமதி இல்லாமல் மும்பையை விட்டு வெளியில் செல்லக்கூடாது.
