Like a marathon run, the interview segment discussions were conducted by a committee appointed on behalf of the organization. I have met and completed interviews with thousands of comrades who expressed their willingness to contest the elections on behalf of the DMK. From March 17 to March 23, except for the Ramadan holiday, these interviews took place over six days. The organization's interviews represent the expression of the relationship between the leadership and the workers. This time, it was a policy bonding festival involving 16,500 comrades. When I saw the faces of the relatives who gave their consent, the excitement within me allowed me to continue working enthusiastically for the following days. எப்போதும் என் மீது அன்பும், திராவிட மாடல் ஆட்சி தொடர வேண்டும் என்ற உறுதியும் கொண்ட நமது தோழமை இயக்கத் தலைவர்களும், தங்கள் இயக்க நிர்வாகிகளுடன் தொடர்ந்து ஆலோசித்து, உரிய அவகாசம் எடுத்துக்கொண்டு, பல சுற்று பேச்சுவார்த்தைகளுக்குப் பின் மனப்பூர்வமாக எடுக்கப்பட்ட முடிவின் அடிப்படையில்தான் தொகுதிப் பங்கீட்டு ஒப்பந்தங்கள் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டுள்ளன. கூட்டணியின் தலைவர் என்ற முறையில் தோழமைக் கட்சிகளை நம்முடைய அங்கமாகத்தான் பார்க்கிறேன். அவர்களுக்கான தொகுதிகளில் முழுமையான வெற்றியை உறுதி செய்ய அவர்களின் சகோதரனாக என் உத்தரவாதத்தையும் வழங்கியிருக்கிறேன்.
தேர்தல் களத்தில் ஒவ்வொரு அரசியல் கட்சியும் தங்களுக்குத் தேவைப்படும் தொகுதிகளை உரிமையுடன் கேட்பதும், அவற்றைப் பரிசீலித்து எந்தளவுக்கு வழங்க முடியுமோ அவற்றை வழங்குவதும் கூட்டணிக்கான நடைமுறையாகும். அதனை ஜனநாயகத்தன்மையுடன் நிறைவேற்றியிருக்கிறது தி.மு.க. தலைமையிலான மதச்சார்பற்ற முற்போக்குக் கூட்டணி.

கழகக் கூட்டணியின் வெற்றியே பெரிது என்பதை எடுத்துரைத்து மக்கள் நீதி மய்யத்தின் தலைவரான நண்பர் கமல்ஹாசன் எம்.பி., அவர்கள் தனது மனம் திறந்து வெளியிட்டிருக்கும் அறிக்கையை மனதார வரவேற்கிறேன். அதுபோலவே விடுதலைச் சிறுத்தைகள் கட்சி, கம்யூனிஸ்ட் கட்சிகள், ம.தி.மு.க. உள்ளிட்ட தோழமைக் கட்சித் தலைவர்களும் மனப்பூர்வமாகத் தெரிவித்திருக்கும் கருத்துகள், 2019 முதல் தொடர்ந்திடும் நமது கூட்டணியின் வலிமைக்குச் சான்றாகும்.
தமிழ்நாட்டைத் தொடர்ந்து வஞ்சிக்கும் ஒன்றிய பா.ஜ.க. அரசின் மதவாத அரசியலைத் துணிவுடன் எதிர்த்து நிற்கும் திராவிட முன்னேற்றக் கழகத்திற்குத் தோளோடு தோள் நிற்பவை நம் தோழமை இயக்கங்கள். மதச்சார்பின்மை – மாநில உரிமை – சமூகநீதி – சமத்துவம் இவற்றை அடித்தளமாகக் கொண்ட கொள்கைக் கூட்டணிதான் நம்முடையது. அதில் ஏதாவது விரிசல் ஏற்படாதா, பிளவு உருவாகாதா, தி.மு.க. கூட்டணியின் வெற்றியைத் தடுத்திட வழி ஏற்படாதா என நினைத்த சதிகாரர்களின் எண்ணங்கள் தவிடுபொடியானதால், தி.மு.க கூட்டணியின் தொகுதிப் பங்கீடு குறித்து தங்கள் கற்பனைக்கேற்ப விமர்சனங்களைப் பரப்பிட முயற்சி செய்கிறார்கள். திசைதிருப்ப நினைக்கும் வதந்திகளை உடன்பிறப்புகள் கண்டுகொள்ளாமல் புறக்கணித்து, தோழமைக் கட்சியினருடன் இணைந்து களத்தில் பணியாற்றி, வெற்றியை உறுதி செய்யுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

கழகத்தின் நேர்காணல் என்பது தலைமைக்கும் தொண்டர்களுக்குமான உறவின் வெளிப்பாடு. அதுவும் இந்த முறை 16 ஆயிரத்து 500 உடன்பிறப்புகள் கலந்துகொண்ட கொள்கை உறவுத் திருவிழா. மாரத்தான் ஓட்டத்தைப்போல ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் 10 மணிநேரத்திற்குக் குறையாமல் நேர்காணல் நடைபெற்றது. விருப்பமனு அளித்த உடன்பிறப்புகளின் முகம் கண்டபோது எனக்குள் ஏற்பட்ட உற்சாகத்தினால் அடுத்தடுத்த நாட்களும் தொடர்ந்து ஊக்கமுடன் பணியாற்ற முடிந்தது.
நம் உயிர்நிகர் தலைவர் கலைஞர் அவர்களும் இனமானப் பேராசிரியர் அவர்களும் விருப்பமனு அளித்த ஒவ்வொரு உடன்பிறப்பையும் தனித்தனியாக அழைத்து நேர்காணல் நடத்திய தேர்தல்கள் உண்டு. அதன்பிறகு, மாவட்டங்களுக்குட்பட்ட தொகுதிகளைச் சேர்ந்த அனைவரையும் ஒன்றாக அழைத்து, மொத்தமாக நேர்காணல் செய்ததும் உண்டு. இந்த முறை, ஒவ்வொரு தொகுதிவாரியாக விருப்பமனு அளித்தவர்களை அழைத்து நேர்காணல் நடைபெற்றது.

அண்ணா அறிவாலயம் – கலைஞர் அரங்கில் கழகத் தலைமை நிர்வாகிகள் முன் தங்களுக்கான நேர்காணல் ‘சீட்’ ஒதுக்கப்பட்டிருந்ததில் விருப்பமனு செய்திருந்த ஒவ்வொரு தொகுதி உடன்பிறப்புகளும் மகிழ்ச்சி அடைந்தனர். அவர்களிடம், “உங்கள் தொகுதியில் தலைமை யாருக்கு சீட் கொடுத்தாலும் நீங்கள் இதே மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் களத்தில் பணியாற்ற வேண்டும்” என்று கழகத் தலைவர் என்ற முறையில் தெரிவித்தேன். தோழமைக் கட்சிகளுக்கு ஒதுக்கப்படும் தொகுதிகளும் தி.மு.க.வின் தொகுதிகள்தான் என்பதால், 234 தொகுதிகளிலும், இந்த மு.க.ஸ்டாலின்தான் நிற்கிறேன் என்ற உணர்வுடன் வேலை செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று சொன்னபோது, உடன்பிறப்புகள் அனைவரும், வெற்றி ஒன்றுதான் எங்கள் இலக்கு என்ற உறுதியை அளித்தனர்.
உடன்பிறப்புகள் தந்த உறுதியில் எனக்கு நம்பிக்கை இருக்கிறது. தமிழ்நாட்டு மக்களிடமும் தி.மு.க தலைமையிலான கூட்டணிக்குப் பெரும் செல்வாக்கு இருக்கிறது. நம்பிக்கையும் செல்வாக்கும் வெற்றியாக விளைவதற்கு நாம் அடுத்த 4 வாரங்களும் அயராமல் உழைத்திட வேண்டும். மதச்சார்பற்ற முற்போக்குக் கூட்டணியின் தொகுதிப் பங்கீட்டு நிறைவில், தங்கள் கட்சி சின்னத்தில் போட்டியிடும் தோழமைக் கட்சிகளின் தொகுதிகள் போக, தி.மு.க வேட்பாளர்கள் மற்றும் தி.மு.க. சின்னத்தில் போட்டியிடும் தோழமைக் கட்சி வேட்பாளர்களுமாக இணைந்து 2026 சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தல் களத்தில், 175 இடங்களில் உதயசூரியன் களம் காண்கிறது.
உதயசூரியனும் நமது சின்னம்தான். கை, முரசு, கதிர் அரிவாள், அரிவாள் சுத்தி நட்சத்திரம், பானை, ஏணி ஆகியவையும் நமது சின்னங்கள்தான். 234 தொகுதிகளும் நம்முடைய தொகுதிகள்தான். மதவாத அரசியலையும், தமிழ்நாட்டை வஞ்சிக்கும் துரோகத்தையும் எதிர்த்து நின்று, எல்லார்க்கும் எல்லாம் என்கிற ஆட்சி தொடர்ந்திடவும், இந்தியாவின் ஜனநாயகத்தைக் காத்திடவும் மதச்சார்பற்ற முற்போக்குக் “தோழமை தொடர்வோம்; களத்தில் வெல்வோம் -175 இடங்களில் உதயசூரியன் களம் காண்கிறது!”- ஸ்டாலின் அறிவிப்புகூட்டணிக்கான வெற்றிக் களத்தில் தோழமைக் கட்சிகளுடன் இணைந்து நின்று, விரைந்து பணியாற்றுவீர். கவனம் சிதறாது இலக்கை வெல்வோம்!”
