Legislative Assembly elections are soon to be held in Tamil Nadu. In the last parliamentary elections, the DMDK, which was part of the AIADMK alliance, had not announced its alliance decision for the Assembly elections. தமிழகத்தில் விரைவில் சட்டசபை தேர்தல் நடைபெற இருக்கிறது. கடந்த நாடாளுமன்ற தேர்தலில் அதிமுக கூட்டணியில் இடம் பெற்ற தேமுதிக, சட்டசபை தேர்தலுக்கான கூட்டணி முடிவை அறிவிக்காமல் இருந்தது. இதனிடையே திமுகவுடன் தேமுதிக கூட்டணி பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தி வருவதாகத் தகவல் வெளியாகி இருந்தது.
இந்நிலையில் தேமுதிக தலைவர் பிரேமலதா விஜயகாந்த், அண்ணா அறிவாலயத்திற்கு வந்து முதல்வர் ஸ்டாலினை சந்தித்து திமுக கூட்டணியில் இணைத்திருக்கிறார். தேமுதிக முதல் முறையாக திமுக கூட்டணியில் இணைந்திருக்கிறது.
