The expansion of the Kalaignar Women's Rights Fund scheme was launched on Friday evening at the Chennai Nehru Stadium by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Stalin. விருதுநகர் மாவட்டத்தில் முதல் கட்டமாக 1 லட்சத்து 11 ஆயிரத்து 637 பேருக்கு மகளிர் உரிமைத்தொகை வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்நிலையில் 2-வது கட்டமாக 67,551 மகளிர் உரிமைத்தொகை மனுக்கள் பெறப்பட்டு தகுதியுடைய 38,263 பயனாளிகளுக்கு ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
நமது முதல்வர் ஸ்டாலின் அளித்த வாக்குறுதியைக் காப்பாற்றி நிறைவேற்றியுள்ளார். தாய்மார்கள் பெண்கள் மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருக்கின்றனர்” என்றார்.
‘மகளிர் உரிமைத்தொகை பெறுவதற்கான தகுதிகள் தளர்த்தப்பட்டிருந்த போதிலும் 27,000 பேருக்கு நிராகரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது ஏன்?” என்ற கேள்விக்கு, “அவர்கள் வருமான வரி கணக்கு தாக்கல் செய்பவர்களாக இருக்கலாம். தகுதி உடையவர்களுக்கு மகளிர் உரிமைத்தொகை வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
முதல் கட்டத்தில் மகளிர் உரிமைத்தொகை வழங்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு இருந்த தகுதிகள் தளர்த்தப்பட்டு அதன் அடிப்படையில் இரண்டாவது கட்டம் மகளிர் உரிமைத்தொகை வழங்கியிருக்கிறோம்.
வசதி படைத்தவர்கள் நீக்கப்பட்டு வறுமை கோட்டுக்குக் கீழ் உள்ளவர்களுக்கு, தகுதியானவர்களுக்கு நிறைவாக வழங்கியுள்ளோம்.
