‘யாருக்குங்க பிடிச்சது, அவங்க நீதிமன்றத்தால் ஏ 1 குற்றவாளி என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டவர்’ என்று சொல்லாம் சிலர். அவர் எடுத்த நடவடிக்கைகள் விமர்சனங்களுக்கு ஆளாகி இருக்கிறது தான்.
ஜெயலலிதாவுமே நீதிமன்றத்தில் தண்டனை பெற்று சிறை சென்றவர்தான். ஆனால் மக்கள் மன்றத்தில்?
முதல் தடவை முதல்வரானது முதல் அவரது இறப்பு வரை நான்கு முழு ஐந்தாண்டுகள் அதாவது இருபதாண்டுகள் அவரது தலைமைக்குச் சம்மதம் தெரிவித்திருக்கிறார்கள் தமிழக மக்கள்.
அதற்கான காரணம், அதையே இங்கு அலசப் போகிறோம். எண்பதுகளிலேயே அரசியலுக்கு அவர் வந்துவிட்டாலும் அவர் முதல்வரான 91ம் ஆண்டிலிருந்தே நாம் எடுத்துக் கொள்ளலாம். அந்தத் தேர்தலுக்கு முன் சட்டசபையில் தான் அவமானப்படுத்தப்பட்டதாக அவர் சபதமெடுத்ததைக் கூட விட்டு விடலாம்.
ஜெ ஜெயலலிதா என்னும் நான்..!
1991 தேர்தல் ராஜிவ் காந்தி படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்ட அடுத்த சில நாட்களில் நடந்தது.
அஇஅதிமுகவை நிறுவிய எம்.ஜி.ஆர் மறைவுக்குப் பிறகு இரண்டாக உடைந்த கட்சியை மீண்டும் இணைத்து இரட்டை இலையை மீட்டத்திலேயே பாதி கிணறு தாண்டி விட்டிருந்தார் ஜெ. காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியுடன் சேர்ந்து போட்டியிட்ட இந்தத் தேர்தலில் ராஜிவ்-க்கு கிடைத்த அனுதாப ஓட்டுகளும் சேர, தமிழ்நாட்டின் முதல்வரானார்.
முதன் முறை முதல்வர் பதவியில் அமர்ந்ததாலோ என்னவோ, அவருடைய நடவடிக்கைகளில் சில, மக்களை அதிருப்திக்குள்ளாக்கின. அவரைச் சுற்றி இருந்த சிலரின் செயல்பாடுகளை அவர் கண்டு கொள்ளவில்லை, அல்லது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க இயலாதவாராக இருந்தார்.
கும்பகோணம் மகாமக குளத்தில் தன் தோழி சசிகலாவுடன் நீராடச் செல்ல, அங்கு கூடிய கூட்ட நெரிசலில் 40 க்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் உயிரிழந்தனர். சசிகலாவின் சகோதரி மகன் சுதாகரனை தன் வளர்ப்பு மகன் என அறிவித்து, அவருக்கு ஆடம்பரமான முறையில் திருமணம் நடத்தி வைத்தார்.
இதுபோன்ற மேலும் சில சம்பவங்கள் ‘தெரியாத்தனமாக இவரை தேர்ந்தெடுத்து விட்டோமோ’ என தமிழக மக்களை நினைக்க வைத்தது. விளைவு.. அடுத்து வந்த தேர்தலில் தான் போட்டியிட்ட தொகுதியிலேயே தோல்வியடைந்தார். கட்சியும் படுதோல்வியை சந்தித்தது.
சொந்த தொகுதியில் தோல்வி!
’அதிமுக இத்தோடு முடிந்தது’ என்றார்கள் அப்போது. ஜெயலலிதாவின் தலைமைக்கு உட்கட்சியிலேயே எதிர்ப்பு வரும் என்றார்கள். ஆனால் எதுவும் நடக்கவில்லை. மாறாக ஜெ.வின் நடவடிக்கைகளில் மாற்றம் தென்பட்டது. வளர்ப்பு மகன் என அறிவித்தவரை போயஸ் கார்டனில் இருந்து விலக்கி வைத்தார்.
தோழி சசிகலா அவரைச் சேர்ந்த சிலர் மீதும் சில நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுத்தார்.
படு மோசமாகத் தோற்கடித்த மக்கள் மத்தியில் மீண்டும் அவர் மீது ஒரு சாஃப்ட் கார்னர் உருவாக இவை உதவின எனச் சொல்லலாம்.
இந்தப் பக்கமோ ஆட்சிக்கு வந்த திமுக, மக்கள் நலத்திட்டங்களில் காட்டிய அக்கறையை விட ஜெயலலிதாவை அரசியலைவிட்டு அப்புறப்படுத்துவதிலேயே அதிக கவனம் செலுத்தியது. பல வழக்குகள் அவர் மீது போடப்பட்டன. சிலவற்றில் தண்டனையும் கிடைத்தது. சிலவற்றில் விடுதலையும் கிடைத்தது.
’திரும்ப வந்துட்டேன்’னு சொல்லு!
காலம் வேகமாகச் சுழல, 2001 தேர்தல் வந்தது. ’நான்கு தொகுதிகளில் வேட்பு மனு தாக்கல் செய்தார்’ என அவரது மனு தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்பட தேர்தலில் நிற்க முடியாத சூழல் உருவானது.
ஆனால் அதற்கு முன்பாகவே மக்கள் மனம் மாறி இருந்தர்கள். ஜெயலலிதாவை மீண்டும் முதல்வராக்குவது என்கிற முடிவுக்கு அவர்கள் வந்திருந்தார்கள். இந்த இடத்தில் இன்னொரு விஷயத்தை குறிப்பிட்டாக வேண்டும். ஆட்சியில் இல்லாத இந்தக் காலத்திலும் உட்கட்சியிலும் எந்தவொரு எதிர்ப்பும் வராதபடி கட்சியைக் கட்டுக்குள் வைத்திருந்தார். கருணாநிதியின் தலைமைக் காலத்தில் திமுக இரண்டு பிளவுகளைச் சந்தித்தது போல அதிமுகவில் எதுவும் நிகழவில்லை.
தான் போட்டியிட முடியாத போதும் கட்சி ஜெயித்திருந்ததால் அடுத்த சில மாதங்களில் இடைத்தேர்தலில் வென்று இரண்டாம் முறையாக முதல்வரானார். 96 தேர்தலில் ’ஜெ மீண்டும் முதல்வரானால் ஆண்டவனால் கூட தமிழகத்தை காப்பாற்ற முடியாது’ என நடிகர் ரஜினிகாந்த் பேசியிருந்த நிலையில் 2001-ல் ஜெ. மீண்டும் முதலமைச்சரானார்.
எதிர்க்கட்சியாக கூட அமரவிடாமல் செய்த அதே மக்களால் ஐந்தே வருடத்தில் மீண்டும் முதல்வராக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படுகிறார்.

அப்போது முதலே மக்கள் மன்றத்தில் அவருக்கு ஏறுமுகம் தான். இடையில் 96 முதல் 2001 வரை ஆண்ட திமுக இவர் மீது போட்ட வழக்குகள் அவரை வதை செய்து கொண்டிருந்தன.
கீழ் நீதிமன்றங்கள் தண்டனை தருவதும் அப்பீலில் விடுதலை ஆவதுமாக நகர்ந்தன நாட்கள். ஜெயலலிதாவுடன் சசிகலா உள்ளிட்ட அவரது சகாக்களும் சேர்ந்தே நீதிமன்றப் படிக்கட்டுகளில் ஏறி இறங்கினார்கள்.
அடுத்து 2006 தேர்தல். இந்தத் தேர்தலில் அதிமுக தோல்வி அடைந்தாலும் திமுகவால் பெரும்பான்மை இல்லாத வெற்றியையே பெற முடிந்தது..
தொடர்ந்து 2011 மற்றும் 2016 தேர்தல்களில். தொடர்ச்சியாக வென்று தனது அரசியல் ஆசான் எம்.ஜி.ஆரின் சாதனையைச் சமன் செய்தார்.
அடுத்தடுத்த தேர்தலில் தொடர்ச்சியாக வென்று காட்டுவது என்ற சாதனையை, திமுக வை நிறுவிய அண்ணா மற்றும் அரை நூறாண்டு அந்தக் கட்சியின் தலைவராக இருந்த கருணாநிதி இருவராலுமே நிகழ்த்த இயலவில்லை. அண்ணாவுக்கு காலம் கை கொடுக்கவில்லை. கருணாநிதிக்கோ மக்கள் கை கொடுக்கவில்லை. ஆனால் முதலில் எம்.ஜி.ஆர் செய்து காட்டினார். அவரது வழியில் ஜெயலலிதாவும் சாதித்தார்.
மிரட்டிய கைது, என்கவுண்டர்கள்!
தமிழக மக்களுக்கு அவரை அதிகம் விரும்பினால் ஒழிய இது எப்படிச் சாத்தியமாகி இருக்கும்?
கூட்டணி, வாக்கு இயந்திர பிரச்னை என யார் என்ன வேண்டுமானாலும் சொல்லலாம். இப்போதெல்லாம் வாக்கு இயந்திரப் பிரச்னை என்கிற வாதங்கள் ட்ரோல் மெட்டீரியல் ஆகி விட்டன. ‘இதை இட்லினு சொன்னா சட்னியே நம்பாது’ என்பார்களே, அதேபோல, ‘காங்கிரஸ் சொல்லுது, ஆனா கார்த்தி சிதம்பரமே நம்ப மாட்டேங்குறாரே’ என்கிறார்கள்.

‘ஜெயலலிதாவின் துணிச்சல் ரொம்ப பிடிக்கும். எந்தவொரு முடிவானாலும் துணிஞ்சு எடுப்பாங்க. ’வழவழ கொழகொழ’ கிடையாது. கட்சியைக் கட்டுக்குள் வச்சிருந்ததையே உதாரணம் சொல்லலாம். கட்சிக்காரங்க தப்பு செய்தா தயவு தாட்சண்யம் பாராம நடவடிக்கை எடுத்தாங்க. ஆளுங்கட்சியா இருந்தா கட்டப் பஞ்சாயத்து, ரௌடியிசம்னு அவருடைய கட்சி ஆட்கள் எந்த பிரச்னையிலுன் சிக்க மாட்டாங்க.
காஞ்சி சங்காராச்சாரியார் ஒரு கொலை வழக்கில் சிக்கிய போது அவரை ஒரு தீபாவளி நாளில் கைது செய்ததெல்லாம் இந்தியவே எதிர்பாராதது. ஜனாதிபதியே ஆனாலும் சங்கர மடம் வந்தா அவ்வளவு பவ்யமா இருந்த காட்சிகளைத்தான் அதுவரை பார்த்துட்டிருந்தாங்க தமிழ் நாட்டு மக்கள்’ என்றார்கள் சிலர்.
சட்டம் ஒழுங்கு சரியா இருக்கும். ரௌடிகள் அடங்கியிருப்பாங்க. சந்தனக் கடத்தல் மன்னன் என அறியப்பட்ட, வருஷக் கணக்குல தமிழ்நாடு கர்நாடகா போலீசுக்கு சவால் விட்டுக் கொண்டிருந்த வீரப்பனை ஜெ காவல்துறையைக் கையில் வைத்திருந்த ஒரு நாளில் தானே என்கவுண்டர் செய்தார்கள்’ என்கிறார்கள் வேறுசிலர்.
சோறு போட்ட அம்மா!
‘கட்சியில் சாதாரண தொண்டர்களுக்கு பதவி கொடுத்து அழகு பார்ப்பாங்க. அதனால உசுரைக் கொடுக்கத் தயாரா இருப்பான் அந்தத் தொண்டன். சங்கரன் கோவில் கருப்பசாமி. சபாநாயகரா இருந்த தனபால்னு ஏகப்பட்ட உதாரணம் சொல்லலாம்.’ என்கிறார்கள் அவரது கட்சித் தொண்டர்கள்.
சமூக ஆர்வலர்கள் தரப்போ தமிழகத்தின் 69 சதவிகித இட ஒதுக்கீட்டைப் பாதுகாத்த நடவடிக்கையை உச்சி முகர்கிறார்கள்.
பசித்த வயிற்று மக்கள் அம்மா உணவங்களைப் புகழ்கிறார்கள். கோவிட் காலத்தில் பலருக்கும் பசியமர்த்தின இந்த உணவகங்கள்.

அவரது மறைவுக்குப் பிறகு நடந்த 2021 தேர்தலில் அவர் இல்லாத சூழலிலும் கௌரவமான ஒரு தோல்வியையே சந்தித்தது அதிமுக. அவரது அமைச்சரவை சகாக்களில் ஒருவராக இருந்த எடப்பாடி பழனிசாமியின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் இப்போது இருக்கிறது கட்சி.
இதோ தமிழ்நாடு சட்டமன்றத்துக்கு 2026 தேர்தலும் வரப் போகிறது. ஜெ உயிருடன் இருந்த போது அவர் முன் மூச்சு விடப் பயந்த பலரும் இன்று பலவற்றைப் பேசுகிறார்கள். இந்த முறை பல புதிய கட்சிகள் களம் காணத் தயாராகி வருகின்றன.
