A massive protest demonstration was held today (June 6, 2026) at Jantar Mantar in Delhi on behalf of supporters of the Cockroach Janata Party. The protest was organized to oppose the irregularities prevailing in the country’s education system and to demand that Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan take responsibility for the allegations of exam malpractice and resign immediately. A large number of people took part in the demonstration, including school and college students, competitive exam aspirants, and parents.
From early morning itself, the number of protesters gathering in the Jantar Mantar area kept increasing as time went on. Some of those who took part in the protest told reporters, “The continuing exam irregularities, the persistent confusion in exam results, and the irresponsible attitude of the officials have completely shattered our confidence in the current education system.
“Moreover, neither the ruling BJP nor the opposition parties give sufficient importance to livelihood issues related to the future of young people,” they alleged.
Speaking at the protest, Abhijeet Thipke, the founder of this CJP, said, "Instead of listening to our legitimate demands, the central government is focusing all its attention on monitoring the activities of our social media pages. The protest will continue, demanding action against those responsible for exam irregularities and the irregularities taking place in government recruitment examinations," he warned.
It has been alleged that RSS members attacked leaders including Annie Raja, the National Secretary of the Communist Party of India (CPI), and Nisha Siddhu, the General Secretary of the National Federation of Indian Women (NFIW), who had come to express support for the CJP organization that staged a protest in Delhi.
Binoy Viswam, the Kerala state secretary of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), has strongly condemned this attack incident. He criticized the central government for trying to suppress the voices of those protesting peacefully instead of taking action against Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, who is facing allegations of exam fraud. He said that the public will never forgive such anti-people actions, and has called on party members to hold branch-level protests across Kerala condemning the attack.
Meanwhile, this protest held at Jantar Mantar ended peacefully in the end. However, as a precautionary measure to prevent clashes between two groups during the protest, Delhi police have arrested and are questioning six people. This protest, in which the student community also gathered against the irregularities in the education sector, has created a major stir at the national level.

இந்தத் தாக்குதல் சம்பவத்திற்கு மார்க்சிஸ்ட் கம்யூனிஸ்ட் கட்சியின் கேரள மாநிலச் செயலாளர் பினாய் விஸ்வம் கடும் கண்டனம் தெரிவித்துள்ளார். தேர்வு ஊழல் புகார்களுக்கு உள்ளாகியுள்ள மத்திய கல்வி அமைச்சர் தர்மேந்திர பிரதான் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பதற்குப் பதிலாக, அமைதியான முறையில் போராடுபவர்களின் குரலை ஒடுக்கவே மத்திய அரசு முயல்கிறது என்று அவர் சாடினார். இத்தகைய மக்கள் விரோதச் செயல்களைப் பொதுமக்கள் ஒருபோதும் மன்னிக்க மாட்டார்கள் என்று கூறிய அவர், இத்தாக்குதலைக் கண்டித்து கேரள மாநிலம் முழுவதும் கிளை வாரியாகப் போராட்டங்களை நடத்துமாறு அக்கட்சியினருக்கு அழைப்பு விடுத்துள்ளார்.
இதற்கிடையில், ஜந்தர் மந்தரில் நடைபெற்ற இந்த கண்டனப் போராட்டம் இறுதியில் அமைதியான முறையில் நிறைவடைந்தது. எனினும், போராட்டத்தின் போது இருவேறு குழுக்களுக்கு இடையே மோதல் ஏற்படுவதைத் தடுக்கும் முன்னெச்சரிக்கை நடவடிக்கையாக 6 பேரை டெல்லி போலீசார் கைது செய்து விசாரித்து வருகின்றனர். கல்வித் துறையின் சீர்கேடுகளுக்கு எதிராக மாணவர் சமூகமும் திரண்ட இந்த போராட்டம், தேசிய அளவில் பெரும் பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது.
