The newly sworn-in TVK government led by Joseph Vijay in Tamil Nadu has issued an official announcement that a specific photograph of the Chief Minister must be displayed in government offices. In this situation, in the Coonoor Municipality of the Nilgiris district, municipal council members from the DMK and AIADMK opposed placing the Chief Minister’s picture.
