1. நடந்து முடிந்த தமிழ்நாடு சட்டமன்றப் பொதுத் தேர்தலில் திராவிட முன்னேற்றக் கழகம் தலைமையிலான மதச்சார்பற்ற முற்போக்குக் கூட்டணிக் கட்சிகளின் வேட்பாளர்களுக்கு வாக்களித்த தமிழ்நாட்டு மக்கள் அனைவருக்கும் – இந்த வெற்றிக்காகத் தோளோடு தோள் நின்று பாடுபட்ட தோழமை இயக்கங்களுக்கும் இக்கூட்டம் மனமார்ந்த நன்றியைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறது.

இத்தகைய சூழலில் உருவாகும் அரசியல், நிர்வாக நிலைமைகளை ஆராய்ந்து அவசர முடிவுகளை உடனடியாக எடுக்கும் அதிகாரத்தை கழகத் தலைவர் திராவிட நாயகர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் அவர்களுக்கு வழங்குவது என இக்கூட்டம் ஒருமனதாகத் தீர்மானிக்கிறது.
