A 23-year-old woman working at the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) office located in Ashoka Business Enclave in the Indira Nagar area of Nashik filed a complaint against three employees working there. Based on this complaint, a case was registered against Danish Shaikh, Tausif Athar, and Nitha Khan on charges of deception by promising marriage, sexual harassment, and hurting religious sentiments.
