"Puducherry needs Dravidian model governance..." In the Puducherry 2021 Assembly elections, the secular progressive alliance fielded Congress candidates in 15 constituencies, DMK candidates in 13 constituencies, and VCK and the Communist Party of India each contested in one constituency. புதுச்சேரி 2021 சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தலில் மதசார்பற்ற முற்போக்குக் கூட்டணி சார்பில் காங்கிரஸ் 15 தொகுதிகளிலும், தி.மு.க 13 தொகுதிகளிலும் வி.சி.க மற்றும் இந்திய கம்யூனிஸ்ட் கட்சி தலா ஒரு இடத்திலும் போட்டியிட்டன. அதில் 13 தொகுதிகளில் போட்டியிட்ட தி.மு.க ஆறு தொகுதிகளில் வெற்றிபெற்று எதிர்க்கட்சி வரிசையில் இடம்பெற்றது.
ஆனால் 15 தொகுதிகளில் போட்டியிட்ட காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி வெறும் இரண்டு தொகுதிகளில் மட்டும் வெற்றிபெற்றது. அதுமட்டுமல்லாமல் முன்னாள் முதல்வர் நாராயணசாமி மற்றும் கமலக்கண்ணன் உள்ளிட்ட காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் முக்கியத் தலைவர்கள் அந்தத் தேர்தலில் போட்டியிடாமல் ஒதுங்கிக் கொண்டனர். இவற்றின் மூலம் புதுச்சேரி மதசார்பற்ற முற்போக்குக் கூட்டணியில் தி.மு.க-வின் கை ஓங்கியது.
அதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக கடந்த 2022-ம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் மாதம் புதுச்சேரி மாநில தி.மு.க-வின் அவைத்தலைவரும், முன்னாள் எம்.எல்.ஏ-வுமான எஸ்.பி சிவக்குமாரின் மகன் திருமணம், புதுச்சேரியை ஒட்டியிருக்கும் தமிழகப் பகுதியான பட்டானூர் சங்கமித்ரா திருமண நிலையத்தில் நடைபெற்றது.
அதில் கலந்துகொண்டு பேசிய தமிழக முதல்வர் ஸ்டாலின், “தமிழகத்தில் நடந்து முடிந்த சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தலில் பெரிய மாற்றம் ஏற்பட்டு தி.மு.க ஆட்சி மலர்ந்திருக்கிறது. அதை `திராவிட மாடல் ஆட்சி’ என இன்று பெருமையுடன் கூறுகிறோம். அப்படிப்பட்ட ஒரு திராவிட மாடல் ஆட்சி புதுவைக்கு வருவது தேவைதான். எனக்கு முன்பு பேசியவர்கள் தங்களின் எண்ணங்களையும், உணர்வுகளையும் கூறினார்கள். உங்களுக்கு மட்டுமா அந்த ஆசை இருக்கிறது?
“புதுச்சேரியில் காங்கிரஸ்தான் முதன்மையான கட்சி”
எனக்கும்தான் இருக்கிறது. கடந்த சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தலில்கூட அந்த வாய்ப்பு கிட்டியிருக்கும். ஆனால் போய்விட்டது. ஆனால் அதற்காகக் கவலைப்படவேண்டிய அவசியம் இல்லை. ஏற்கெனவே நாம் இங்கு ஆட்சியில் இருந்தவர்கள்தான். இதே புதுவை மாநிலத்தில் ஃபரூக் மரைக்காயர் தலைமையிலும், டி.ராமச்சந்திரன் தலைமையிலும், ஜானகிராமன் தலைமையிலும் நமது தி.மு.க ஆட்சி நடைபெற்றிருக்கிறது.
அதனால் நிச்சயமாக தி.மு.க ஆட்சி புதுவை மாநிலத்தில் மீண்டும் உதயமாகும். அதில் எந்தவிதச் சந்தேகமும் கொள்ள வேண்டாம். காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி சார்பில் முதல்வர்களாக இருந்த வைத்திலிங்கம், நாராயணசாமி போன்றவர்களுடன் நாம் கூட்டணி ஆட்சி நடத்தவில்லையா? ஆக… அது எந்த ஆட்சியாக இருந்தாலும் சரி, ஆனால் உறுதியாக புதுவையில் மதவாத ஆட்சி உருவாகிவிடக் கூடாது” என்று பேசிவிட்டுச் சென்றார்.
அன்றிலிருந்து, `புதுச்சேரியிலும் திராவிட மாடல் ஆட்சி’ என்ற கோஷத்தை உயர்த்திப் பிடித்த தி.மு.க, 2026 தேர்தலில் கூட்டணிக்கு நாங்கள்தான் தலைமையேற்போம் என்றும் கூறி வந்தது தி.மு.க. `ஆளும் கட்சியாக இருந்த நம்மால் எதிர்க்கட்சியாகக் கூட வர முடியாமல் போய்விட்டதே…’ என்று ஏற்கெனவே நொந்து கொண்டிருந்த காங்கிரஸ் தரப்பு, தி.மு.க-வின் இந்த கோஷங்களால் துவண்டுபோனது.
ஒருகட்டத்தில் எரிச்சலான முன்னாள் முதல்வர் நாராயணசாமி, “ புதுச்சேரியில் காங்கிரஸ்தான் முதன்மையான கட்சி. இதில் மாற்றுக் கருத்து ஏதுமில்லை. மதச்சார்பற்ற கூட்டணி சார்பில் நடக்கும் போராட்டங்கள் தி.மு.க தலைமையில் நடைபெறுவதாகத்தான் செய்திகள் வெளியாகின்றன.
தனித்தனி போரட்டங்கள்… எதிரெதிர் திசையில் தி.மு.க – காங்கிரஸ்
போராட்டங்களுக்கு காங்கிரஸ்தான் தலைமை தாங்க வேண்டும். இல்லாவிட்டால் அதில் நாம் பங்கேற்கவேண்டிய அவசியமில்லை. கூட்டணிக் கட்சி ஒத்துழைக்காவிட்டால், காங்கிரஸ் சார்பில் தனித்துப் போராட்டங்களை முன்னெடுக்க வேண்டும். கொடி பிடிக்கவும், கோஷம் போடவும் மட்டும் நாம் இல்லை” என்று கடுகடுத்திருந்தார்.
உடனே, “தி.மு.க-வுக்கு காங்கிரஸ் தலைமை தாங்க முடியாது. எங்கள் கொள்கையைக் கூறி கட்சியை வளர்க்கிறோம்” என்று அதற்கு பதிலடி கொடுத்தார் தி.மு.க அமைப்பாளர் சிவா. அதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக மீண்டும் செய்தியாளர்களை சந்தித்த நாராயணசாமி, “புதுச்சேரியில் கூட்டணிக்குத் தலைமை என்பது காங்கிரஸ்தான். அப்படி ஏற்காவிட்டால் தனித்துப் போட்டியிடவும் நாங்கள் தயாராக இருக்கிறோம்” என்று கொந்தளித்திருந்தார்.
அப்போதிலிருந்து காங்கிரஸுக்கும், தி.மு.க-வுக்கும் இடையேயான மோதல், உரசலுக்கும் விரிசலுக்கும் இடையில் தொடர்ந்து கொண்டு வருகிறது. காங்கிரஸ் முன்னெடுக்கும் போராட்டங்களை தி.மு.க-வும், தி.மு.க முன்னெடுக்கும் போராட்டங்களை காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியும் வெளிப்படையாக தவிர்த்து வந்தன.
அந்த மோதல்தான், புதுச்சேரியில் தற்போது தி.மு.க – காங்கிரஸ் கூட்டணிப் பேச்சுவார்த்தையில் நிலவும் இழுபறிக்குக் காரணம். ஆரம்பத்தில் இருபது தொகுதிகள் வேண்டும் என்று பேச்சுவார்த்தையை தொடங்கிய காங்கிரஸ், அதன்பிறகு 16+12+2 என்ற கணக்கில் இறங்கியது. அதாவது காங்கிரஸ் 16 தொகுதிகளிலும், தி.மு.க 12 தொகுதிகளிலும், வி.சி.க மற்றும் இந்திய கம்யூனிஸ்ட் தலா இரண்டு தொகுதிகளிலும் போட்டியிடலாம் என்றது காங்கிரஸ்.
தொகுதிக்கு மட்டுமல்ல, வேட்பாளர்களுக்கும் ஸ்கெட்ச்!
அதை ஏற்க மறுத்த தி.மு.க, வி.சி.க மற்றும் கம்யூனிஸ்ட் கட்சியையும் சேர்த்து 18 தொகுதிகளைக் கேட்டது. அப்படி ஆரம்பித்த பேரம் 14+14+2 என்ற கணக்கில் இறுதி செய்யப்பட்டது. அதன்பிறகு தொகுதிப் பங்கீட்டில் பிரச்னை தொடங்கியது. கடந்த தேர்தலில் தி.மு.க போட்டியிட்ட ஐந்து தொகுதிகளை கேட்டு அடம்பிடித்து வருகிறது காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி.
அந்தப் பட்டியலில் முதலில் இருப்பது முன்னாள் முதல்வர் நாராயணசாமி 2016-ல் போட்டியிட்டு வெற்றிபெற்ற நெல்லித்தோப்பு தொகுதி. ஆனால் அது தி.மு.க-வைச் சேர்ந்த மறைந்த முன்னாள் முதல்வர் ஜானகிராமன் தொடர்ச்சியாக ஆறு முறை வெற்றிபெற்ற தொகுதி என்பதுடன், கடந்த தேர்தலில் வெறும் 400 வாக்குகளில் வெற்றியைத் தவறவிட்ட தொகுதி என்பதால் அதை கொடுக்க மறுக்கிறது தி.மு.க. அதேபோல ராஜ்பவன், முத்தியால்பேட்டை, காலாப்பட்டு, மண்ணாடிப்பட்டு உள்ளிட்ட தொகுதிகளை கேட்டு வருகிறது காங்கிரஸ்.
ஆனால் இந்த தொகுதிகளில் தங்களுக்கு வெற்றி வாய்ப்புகள் அதிகமாக இருப்பதாக நினைக்கும் தி.மு.க, அந்தத் தொகுதிகளை தருவதற்கு மறுத்து வருகிறது. இந்தக் குழப்பம் நீடித்து வரும் நிலையில், `நமது மக்கள் கழகம்’ என்ற புதிய கட்சியை சமீபத்தில் தொடங்கியிருக்கும் உருளையன்பேட்டை தொகுதி எம்.எல்.ஏ நேருவை சந்தித்திருக்கிறது காங்கிரஸ் தரப்பு.
