2026 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான தமிழக சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தல் வரும் ஏப்ரல் 23 ஆம் தேதி நடைபெற இருக்கிறது.
இந்தத் தேர்தலில் திமுக, அதிமுக, நாம் தமிழர் கட்சி, தவெக என்ற நான்குமுனை போட்டி நிலவுகிறது.
இதில் அதிமுக தலைமையிலான தேசிய ஜனநாயக கூட்டணியில் பாஜக, பாமக, தமிழ் மாநில காங்கிரஸ், அமமுக, புரட்சி பாரதம், புதிய நீதிக்கட்சி போன்ற கட்சிகள் இணைந்திருக்கிறது.
இப்படியான நிலையில் திமுக கூட்டணியில் 19 கட்சிகள் இணைந்திருக்கிறது. இதனால் திமுகவை வீழ்த்த விஜய்யின் தவெகவை தங்கள் பக்கம் இழுக்க தேசிய ஜனநாயகக் கூட்டணியில் பாஜக டெல்லி மேலிடம் தீவிரம் காட்டி வருவதாகத் தகவல் வெளியாகி வருகின்றன.
இதனிடையே தவெக தலைவர் விஜய்யுடன் திரைத்துறையில் அவரது நண்பரும், ஆந்திர துணை முதலமைச்சருமான பவன் கல்யாண் பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தி வருவதாகவும் தகவல்கள் வெளியானது.
இந்நிலையில் நீங்கள் விஜய்யை தேசிய ஜனநாயக கூட்டணியில் இணைய சொல்லி பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தினீர்களா? என்று பவன் கல்யாணிடம் கேள்வி எழுப்பப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.
அதற்கு பதிலளித்த அவர், “அப்படியெல்லாம் இல்லை. நான் விஜய்யிடம் பேசவில்லை. நானும் அந்த செய்தியை கேள்விப்பட்டேன்.

தொடர்ந்து, ” தொடர்ந்து தேசிய ஜனநாயக கூட்டணி தான் விஜய்க்கு சரியான இடமா? என்ற கேள்விக்கு, “எனக்கு தெரியவில்லை. கூட்டணி என்பது கட்சி தலைவர்களை மட்டும் கொண்டது கிடையாது.
அது அவர்களின் கட்சி நிர்வாகிகள், தொண்டர்களின் ஆதரவால் அமைவது. அது தனிப்பட்ட விஷயம் கிடையாது” என்று கூறியிருக்கிறார்.
