தமிழகத்திலிருந்து ராஜ்யசபா எம்.பிக்களாக உள்ள திருச்சி சிவா, கனிமொழி சோமு, என்.ஆர் இளங்கோ, அந்தியூர் செல்வராஜ், உள்ளிட்ட தி.மு.க-வை சேர்ந்தவர்களும், த.மா.கா-வை சேர்ந்த ஜி.கே. வாசன், அ.தி.மு.க-வின் தம்பிதுரை ஆகிய ஆறு பேரின் பதவி காலம் வரும் ஏப்ரல் மாதத்துடன் நிறைவடைய உள்ளது.
இந்த ஆறு இடங்களை தமிழக சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் 234 பேர் மூலம் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கபடுவார்கள். அதன்படி தி.மு.க கூட்டணிக்கு நான்கு உறுப்பினர்களும், அ.தி.மு.க கூட்டணி சார்பில் இரண்டு உறுப்பினர்களும் போட்டியின்றி தேர்வு செய்யப்பட வாய்ப்புள்ளது.
இந்நிலையில் தமிழக சட்டமன்றத்திற்கான தேர்தல் அறிவிப்பு இன்னும் சில தினங்களில் வர உள்ளது. இரண்டு கூட்டணியிலும், சீட் ஷேரிங், தொகுதி உடன்பாடு என பல சிக்கல்களில் உள்ள அ.தி.மு.க மற்றும் தி.மு.க என இரண்டு கழகங்களும் ராஜ்யசபா தேர்தலை எப்படி சமாளிப்பது என்று அல்லாடி வருகிறார்கள்.
திமுக-வுக்கு தலைவலி..!
“தி.மு.க அணியில் காலியாக உள்ள நான்கு இடங்களில் ஒரு இடம் திருச்சி சிவாவுக்கு மீண்டும் கிடைத்துவிடும் என்கிறார்கள். அடுத்த மூன்று இடங்களுக்கு தான் பெரும் போட்டியே தி.மு.கவுக்குள் உள்ளது. கனிமொழி சோமு, எம்.எல்.ஏ. சீட்டை மட்டும் வாங்கி கொண்டு ஒழுங்காக மருத்துவர் தொழிலை பார்ககலாம் என்கிற மனநிலையில் இருக்கிறார். என்.ஆர்.இளங்கோவும், டெல்லி பாலிடிக்ஸ் போதும் என்கிற மனநிலைக்கு வந்துவிட்டார். அந்தியூர் செல்வராஜ் தனக்கு மீண்டும் வாய்ப்பு கிடைக்காது என்று அவரே முடிவுக்கு வந்துவிட்டார். இந்த மூன்று இடத்திற்கு தி.மு.கவில் கடும் போட்டியுள்ளது.
குறிப்பாக இளைஞர் அணியை சேர்ந்த ஒருவருக்கு வாய்ப்பு கொடுக்க தலைமை திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது. அந்த பட்டியலில் எப்படியும் இணைந்துவிடலாம் என்று துாத்துக்குடி ஜோயல் நினைக்கிறார். அவருக்கு வாய்ப்பு அளித்தால் தென்மாவட்டத்தை சேர்ந்த கிறிஸ்தவருக்கு வாய்ப்பு கொடுத்த கணக்கு வந்துவிடும்.
பெண் ஒருவருக்கு வாய்ப்பு கொடுத்து கனிமொழி இடத்தை நிரப்ப இரண்டு பெண் நிர்வாகிகள் போட்டியிடுகிறார்கள். கொங்கு மண்டலத்தை சேர்ந்த ஒருவருக்கு வாய்ப்பு கிடைக்கலாம். அதற்காக கோயம்புத்துார் முன்னாள் மாவட்ட செயலாளர் கார்த்திக் கடுமையாக முயற்சி செய்கிறார்” என்கிறார்கள் தி.மு.கவினர்.
அதேநேரம் உட்கட்சியில் சீட் கொடுப்பதில் எந்த சிக்கலும் இல்லை. கூட்டணி கட்சிகளை சரிகட்டுவதுதான் இப்போது தி.மு.கவுக்கு உள்ள சிக்கலே என்கிறார்கள் மேல்மட்ட நிர்வாகிகள்.
“தற்போது சட்டமன்ற தேர்தலுக்கான சீட் ஷேரிங் விவகாரம் உச்சத்தில் உள்ளது. குறிப்பாக காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியை எப்படியும் கூட்டணிக்குள் கொண்டுவர தி.மு.க நினைக்கிறது. காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி கூட்டணிக்குள் வந்தால் அவர்களுக்கு ஒரு ராஜ்யசபா இடத்தை வழங்க வேண்டும். அதே போல் தே.மு.தி.கவும் ஒருவேளை தி.மு.க கூட்டணிக்குள் வந்தால் அந்த கட்சியும் ஒரு சீட்டை கேட்கிறது. அப்படி பார்த்தால் இரண்டு இடங்களை இப்போதே கூட்டணி கட்சிகள் கபளிகரம் செய்துவிடும்.
அதே நேரத்தில் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி சட்டமன்றத்தில் குறைந்த சீட்டை எங்களுக்கு கொடுத்தால் இரண்டு ராஜ்யசபா சீட்டை எதிர்பார்க்கிறது. இந்த ஆண்டு ஒன்று, அடுத்த ஆண்டு ஒன்று என கூட்டணி கட்சிகளுக்கு ஒதுக்கியது போகவே தி.மு.க தனது வேட்பாளர்களை களத்தில் இறக்க முடியும். அதனால்,யாருக்கு சீட் என்பதை விட எத்தனை இடங்கள் தி.மு.கவுக்கு கிடைக்கும் என்பதிலேயே சிக்கல் உள்ளது” என்கிறார்கள்.
அ.தி.மு.கவின் நிலை..!
தி.மு.க வின் நிலையைவிட அ.தி.மு.கவின் நிலை பரிதாபமாக உள்ளது. அ.தி.மு.க வட்டாரத்தில் விசாரித்தபோது, “தற்போது அ.தி.மு.க அணிக்கு இரண்டு ராஜ்ய சபா உறுப்பினர் பதவிகள் மட்டுமே கைவசம் உள்ளது. அதில் தம்பிதுரையை மீண்டும் டெல்லிக்கு அனுப்பும் திட்டம் தலைமையிடம் உள்ளது. இன்னும் ஒரு இடத்தை கூட்டணிக் கட்சிக்கு தான் விட்டுக்கொடுக்க போகிறோம். ஆனால் எந்த கட்சிக்கு அதை இப்போது கொடுப்பது என்கிற சிக்கல் உள்ளது.
பாமக அன்புமணி தரப்பு தங்களுக்கு ஒரு இடம் கேட்டுள்ளது. ஜி.கே.வாசனின் பதவி இப்போது முடிவடைவதால் அவரும் சீட் கேட்கும் மூடில் இருக்கிறார். அதே போல் கூட்டணிக்கு வரும் ஒரு ராஜ்யசபா சீட்டை உறுதி செய்ய சொல்கிறது தே.மு.தி.க. ஏற்கனவே அ.தி.மு.க எங்களுக்கு சொன்னமாதிரி ஒரு ராஜ்யசபா இடத்தை கொடுக்கவில்லை என்று பிரேமலதா பொங்கினார்.
இப்போது தே.மு.தி.க உள்ளே வந்தால் கண்டிப்பாக அவருக்கு ஒரு சீட் கொடுக்க வேண்டும். அ.ம.மு.கவின் டி.டி.வி தினகரன் சட்டமன்ற தேர்தலில் நான் போட்டியிட போவதில்லை என்று கூட்டணி உறுதியானபோதே அறிவித்தார். அவரும் ராஜ்யசபா சீட் வாங்கி மத்திய அரசில் ஒரு பதவியை வாங்கிவிடும் திட்டத்தில் இருக்கிறார். அதனால் பா.ஜ.க தரப்பு மூலம் தனக்கு ஒரு சீட் வேண்டும் என்று அழுத்தம் கொடுப்பார். போகிற போக்கை பார்த்தால் கூட்டணி கட்சிகளுக்கு இரண்டு இடங்களையும் கொடுத்துவிட்டு, அ.தி.மு.க வேடிக்கை பாரக்கும் நிலையில் தான் இருக்கிறது” என்று புலம்புகிறார்கள் அ.தி.மு.கவினர்.
மற்றொரு தரப்பிலோ, “இந்த முறை அ.தி.மு.க தரப்பு கூட்டணியில் ஏதாவது ஒரு கட்சிக்கு மட்டுமே சீட்டை விட்டுக்கொடுக்கும். சட்டமன்ற தேர்தலில் அ.தி.மு,க அணி ஆட்சியை பிடித்தபிறகு அடுத்த ஆண்டு காலியாக உள்ள ராஜ்யசபா இடங்களில் கூடுதலாக அ.தி.மு.கவுக்கு வாய்ப்பு கிடைக்கும் அப்போது பிற கட்சிகளுக்கு ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யலாம் என எடப்பாடி பேச உள்ளார். ஜி.கே.வாசனை மட்டும் பா.ஜ.கவிடம் சொல்லி, வேறு மாநிலத்திலிருந்து தேர்வாக்கும் திட்டமும் எடப்பாடியிடம் உள்ளது” என்கிறார்கள்.
எந்த கட்சிக்கு சீட் போகும் என்று தெரியாமலேயே இரண்டு கழங்களிலும் சீட் வாங்க போட்டா போட்டி நடப்பது தான் வேடிக்கை!
