தேர்தல் பத்திரங்களில் பல்வேறு முறைகேடுகள் நடக்கின்றன என்று கடந்த ஆண்டு அந்தப் பத்திரங்களை ரத்து செய்தது உச்ச நீதிமன்றம்.
இதனால், பெரு நிறுவனங்கள் தற்போது அரசியல் கட்சிகளுக்குத் தேர்தல் அறக்கட்டளைகள் (Electoral Trust) மூலம் பணம் வழங்கி வருகின்றன.
தேர்தல் அறக்கட்டளை என்பது நிறுவனங்கள் இணைந்து அரசியல் கட்சிகளுக்கு நிதி வழங்க தொடங்கும் அறக்கட்டளை ஆகும். ‘அறக்கட்டளை’ என்று பெயரிலேயே இருக்கிறது… அதன் படி, இந்த அறக்கட்டளைகள் மூலம் கொடுத்த நிதிக்கு அரசியல் கட்சிகள் சட்டப்படி எந்தக் கைமாறும் செய்யமுடியாது.
2024-25 நிதியாண்டில், 9 தேர்தல் அறக்கட்டளைகள் அரசியல் கட்சிகளுக்கு ரூ.3,811 கோடி நிதி வழங்கியிருக்கின்றன. இது கடந்த ஆண்டைவிட, 200 சதவிகிதம் உயர்வாகும். கடந்த நிதியாண்டில், அரசியல் கட்சிகளுக்கு பெருநிறுவனங்கள் ரூ.1,218 கோடி தான் வழங்கி இருக்கின்றன.

இதில் பாஜகவிற்கு மட்டுமே ரூ.3,112 கோடி கிடைத்திருக்கிறது. இது மொத்த தொகையில் 82 சதவிகிதம் ஆகும்.
காங்கிரஸ் ரூ.299 கோடி பெற்றிருக்கிறது. இது 8 சதவிகிதம். பிற கட்சிகள் ரூ.400 கோடி நிதி பெற்றிருக்கின்றன. இவை கிட்டத்தட்ட 10 சதவிகிதம்.
எந்த அறக்கட்டளைகள்?
நிதி வழங்கிய அறக்கட்டளையில் முதல் இடத்தை பிடித்துள்ள அறக்கட்டளை – புரூடென்ட் எலெக்டோரல் டிரஸ்ட். இந்த அறக்கட்டளை இருந்து மட்டும் பாஜகவிற்கு ரூ.2,180 கோடி சென்றிருக்கிறது. இந்த அறக்கட்டளைக்கு ஜிண்டால் ஸ்டீல், மேகா பொறியியல், பாரதி ஏர்டெல், அரபிந்தோ பார்மா போன்ற பெரு நிறுவனங்கள் நிதி அளித்திருக்கின்றன.
அடுத்ததாக முற்போக்கு தேர்தல் அறக்கட்டளை ரூ.915 கோடி நிதி அளித்திருக்கிறது. இதில் 81 சதவிகித நிதி பாஜகவிற்கு சென்றிருக்கிறது. இந்த அறக்கட்டளையில் பெரும்பாலும் டாடா குழும நிறுவனங்களே உள்ளன.
ஹார்மோனி, நியூ டெமாக்ரடிக், Triumph அறக்கட்டளை முறையே ரூ.30 கோடி, ரூ.150 கோடி, ரூ.21 கோடி பாஜகவிற்கு வழங்கியுள்ளது.
ஜான்கல்யான் அறக்கட்டளை பாஜக, காங்கிரஸ் என சமமாக நிதி வழங்கியுள்ளது.
மீதமுள்ள அறக்கட்டளைகள் பாஜகவிற்கு மட்டும் நிதி வழங்கியுள்ளது.
என்ட் கார்டு இல்லை…
முன்பு, தேர்தல் பத்திரங்கள் மூலம் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட நிதி எந்தக் கட்சிக்கு எவ்வளவு சென்றது… யார் தந்தார்கள் என்பது தெரியாது. ஆனால், இனி தேர்தல் அறக்கட்டளைகள் மூலம் கொடுக்கப்படும் நிதி காசோலை, வங்கி பரிவர்த்தனை, யு.பி.ஐ மூலம் கொடுக்கப்படும். அது தேர்தல் ஆணையத்திற்கு தெரிவிக்கப்படும்.
