Elections have been announced for 29 municipal corporations across Maharashtra, including Mumbai, on January 15. மும்பை, புனே போன்ற மாநகராட்சிகளில் அஜித் பவார் தலைமையிலான தேசியவாத காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியுடன் கூட்டணி இல்லை என்று பா.ஜ.க தெரிவித்துவிட்டது. புனேயில் அஜித் பவாரின் தேசியவாத காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியுடன் நட்பு ரீதியிலான போட்டி இருக்கும் என்று பா.ஜ.க தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
ஆனால் மும்பையில் முன்னாள் அமைச்சர் நவாப் மாலிக் தேர்தல் பிரசாரத்தில் ஈடுபட்டால் தேசியவாத காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியுடன் கூட்டணி வைக்கமாட்டோம் என்று பா.ஜ.க தெரிவித்துவிட்டது. நவாப் மாலிக் மும்பை தொடர் குண்டு வெடிப்பு குற்றவாளி தாவூத் இப்ராகிமுடன் தொடர்பு வைத்திருக்கிறார் என்று பா.ஜ.க குற்றம் சாட்டி வருகிறது. அஜித் பவாரின் தேசியவாத காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியும் நவாப் மாலிக்கை பிரசாரத்தில் இருந்து நீக்க முடியாது என்று தெரிவித்துவிட்டது.
இதனால் பா.ஜ.கவும், சிவசேனா(ஷிண்டே)வும் வார்டு பங்கீட்டை இறுதி செய்வதற்கான பேச்சுவார்த்தையில் ஈடுபட்டுள்ளன. பா.ஜ.க தேர்தல் பொறுப்பாளர்கள் ஆசிஷ் ஷெலார், அமித் சாத்தம், அதுல் பட்கல்கர், பிரவின் தாரேகர் ஆகியோர் சிவசேனா தலைவர்களுடன் பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தினர். இந்த பேச்சுவார்த்தையில் மொத்தமுள்ள 227 வார்டுகளில் 150 வார்டுகளில் பேச்சுவார்த்தை முடிந்துள்ளது. சிவசேனா இரண்டாக உடைந்த பிறகு 21 கவுன்சிலர்கள் ஏக்நாத் ஷிண்டே தலைமையிலான சிவசேனாவில் சேர்ந்துள்ளனர். இப்பேச்சுவார்த்தையில் முதல் கட்டமாக பா.ஜ.க 102 வார்டிலும், சிவசேனா 55 வார்டிலும் போட்டியிட ஒருமித்த கருத்து எட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது.
எஞ்சிய வார்டுகளுக்கு தீர்வு காண தொடர்ந்து பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்துவோம் என்று சிவசேனா தலைவர்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர். வரும் 21ம் தேதிக்குள் அனைத்து வார்டுகளிலும் முடிவு எட்டப்பட்டு 22ம் தேதி முதல் வேட்பாளர்கள் பட்டியல் வெளியிடப்படும் என்றும் சிவசேனா தலைவர்கள் தெரிவித்தனர்.
இது குறித்து மும்பை பா.ஜ.க தலைவர் அமீத் சாத்தம் கூறுகையில்,”களநிலவரம் மற்றும் வெற்றிக்கான வாய்ப்புகளின் அடிப்படையில் வார்டுகள் தொடர்பாக பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இரண்டு நாட்களில் இப்பேச்சுவார்த்தை இறுதி செய்யப்படும். அப்பட்டியலை முதல்வர் தேவேந்திர பட்னாவிஸ் மற்றும் துணை முதல்வர் ஷிண்டே ஆகியோர் இறுதி செய்வார்கள். 23 முதல் 25ம் தேதிக்குள் வேட்பாளர்கள் பட்டியல் வெளியிடப்படும்”என்றார்.
நீடிக்கும் குழப்பம்:
மற்றொரு புறம் எதிர்க்கட்சிகளின் கூட்டணியில் இன்னும் குழப்பம் நீடித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது. சிவசேனா(உத்தவ்) கூட்டணியில் ராஜ் தாக்கரே இடம் பெறும்பட்சத்தில் அக்கூட்டணியில் இடம் பெறமாட்டோம் என்று காங்கிரஸ் கூறிவிட்டது. அதோடு மும்பை மாநகராட்சி தேர்தலில் தனித்து போட்டியிடப்போவதாக தெரிவித்துள்ளது. 20 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு ஒன்று சேர்ந்துள்ள ராஜ் தாக்கரேயும், உத்தவ் தாக்கரேயும் வார்டு பங்கீடு தொடர்பாக பல முறை நேரில் சந்தித்து பேசியிருக்கின்றனர். ஆனால் இரு கட்சிகளும் மராத்தியர்கள் அதிகம் இருக்கும் பகுதியில் வார்டுகளை கேட்பதால் வார்டு ஒதுக்கீடு இன்னும் முடிவடையாமல் இருக்கிறது.
இன்னும் இரண்டு நாட்களில் சிவசேனா(உத்தவ்), மகாராஷ்டிரா நவநிர்மாண் சேனா இடையே தேர்தல் கூட்டணி அறிவிக்கப்படும் என்று உத்தவ் தாக்கரேயிக்கு மிகவும் நெருக்கமான சஞ்சய் ராவுத் தெரிவித்துள்ளார். இதேபோன்று சிவசேனா(உத்தவ்) கூட்டணியில் இடம் பெற்றுள்ள சரத் பவாரின் தேசியவாத காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியும் மும்பையில் வார்டு பங்கீடு குறித்து இன்னும் உத்தவ் தாக்கரேயுடன் பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தவில்லை. மற்றொரு கூட்டணி சமாஜ்வாடி கட்சியும் இன்னும் சிவசேனா(உத்தவ்)வுடன் பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தவில்லை.
காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி புதிதாக தங்களது கூட்டணியில் அம்பேத்கரின் பேரன் பிரகாஷ் அம்பேத்கரின் இந்திய குடியரசுக் கட்சியை சேர்க்க பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தி வருகிறது. காங்கிரஸ் தலைவர்கள் பிரகாஷ் அம்பேத்கரை சந்தித்து பேசியிருக்கிறார்கள். இப்பேச்சுவார்த்தையில் மும்பையில் 20 சதவீத வார்டுகளை கொடுப்பதாக காங்கிரஸ் தலைவர்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர். அதற்கு பிரகாஷ் அம்பேத்கர் இன்னும் ஒப்புதல் கொடுக்கவில்லை. வரும் 23ம் தேதி வேட்பு மனுத்தாக்கல் தொடங்குகிறது.
