Chennai: Judge Jayachandran, who recused himself from hearing the appeal case filed by actor Vishal against the order to repay the Rs 21 crore loan owed to Laika company with 30% interest, has directed the registry to list the case in an alternate bench. Actor Vishal had received Rs 21 crore 29 lakh loan from the cinema financier Anbuseliyan's Goburam Films company for his Vishal Film Factory company, which was repaid by Laika company. An agreement was made that until the entire amount is repaid, the rights to all films of Vishal's production company must be granted to Laika company.
